طريقة فتح حساب في اوبشن اكسبرس بالصور

قمت بتعبئة جميع نماذج فتح الحساب في optionsxpress وارسلتها لكن تاتي رسالة بان البيانات ناقصة ارجو توضيح كيفية تجاوز هذه المعضلة ........

المشكلة الكبيرة عندي ان كشف الحساب ما يظهر فيه الاسم باللغة الانجليزية ولا يوجد عنوان واضح كذلك فاتورة التلفون لا تظهر باللغة الانجليزية ... فكيف الحل ؟
هذه رسالتهم الاخيرة التي ارسلوها لي :

We have received your paperwork to open your account; however, you have not provided the necessary documents to open your account and you have also created the wrong type of account. At this moment your account cannot be reviewed or opened.

As you cannot hold a joint account listed under just your name, I have updated the account to an individual account; please use the year of your birth as the password to the file attached which you must sign and date by hand.

Additionally, you will have to login to your account and provide your full residential address which must include a full street name and number; you must also provide proof of this address, we do not accept statements that are in Arabic or statements that reflects post office boxes. After you have correctly entered your address, the W-8BEN form will be reset for you to complete.

Furthermore, you are required to provide a copy of your passport as photo ID.

Once you have gathered all the documentation requested above you may scan and email the paperwork to me ectly by replying to this email. However, if you have any questions, please contact a Customer Service representative by clicking the Live Help link on our website, or by calling 888.280.8020.

أبو المقداد انت معك شريك أو قريب مستثمر في المال
لأنك اخترت أثناء فتح الحساب حساب مستثمر متشارك
وأوردت مستندات خاصة لمستثمر فردي لذلك غيروا لك نوع الحساب
إلى Individual Account

(مستثمرين متشاركين)
تختار Joint Tenants وتوفر المستندات نسختين لك وله او لهم إن كان أكثر من ذلك
حتى تنتقل حال الوفاة لا سمح الله إلى الباقين ووارثي المتوفي بالنسبة أو المحاصصة كل حسب نسبته أو إلى الأحياء منهم بشكل عام مجتمعين

أما المستثمر الفردي فتختار الاختيار (Individual Account)

وذكروا أنهم أرفقوا لك لك نموذج الاتفاقية بالمرفقات استخدم سنة ميلادك كرقم سري
لفتح الملف ووقعه بخط اليد ولا تنسى تكتب التاريخ

إضافة إلى أنه يلزمك تدخل على الموقع وتعدل عنوان سكنك
ومثل كل مرة أنبهكم حتى ما تتعطلون وتتوقف إجراءات فتح الحساب

شروط صحة العنوان المقبولة لديهم
يجب أن يكون مذكور فيه فقط اسم الحي + الشارع
بدون صندوق البريد
ولازم تثبت ذلك بمستند رسمي بالإنجليزي كما ذكرت في موضوعي الآخر المثبت لفتح الحساب إما :

* كشف بنكي ممكن تورد كشفين واحد مذكور فيه
عنوان سكنك والآخر لثبت فيه صندوقك البريدي

هذا لو ذكرت ذلك في الموقع عند التسجيل

*أو تجلب فاتورة جوال أفضل زين أو موبايلي من الفرع يطبعونها لك

أو كشف بريد واصل وهو ما أفضل لأنه يثبت الموقع بالدقة
حال توفره

بعد تعديل البيانات حسب أعلاه راح يتبقى لديك تعبئة وتوقيع إتفاقية الإعفاء الضريبي الإلكترونية بعدما تسجل خروجك من الموقع ثم تدخل مرة أخرى

المفترض راح تجد النموذج ظهر لك من جديد بناء على التعديلات الجديدة
اللي أجريتها في الموقع

بعدما تخلص من توقيع المستندات صورها بالماسح الضوئي
وأرسلها بالإيميل لهم من جديد وإن شاء الله يفتح حسابك بعد يومين بالكثير
إذا ما فيه أي مشاكل بالمستندات لا سمح الله

وأي إشكالية عليك راسلني خاص وإن شاء الله تتيسر أمورك

اخيرا تم قبول طلبي بعد معاناة في ارسال الطلبات باكثر من خمس مرات وسوف ابين اهم العقبات التي واجهتني :

1- كشف الحساب من الراجحي او الاهلي يظهر الاسم باللغة العربية رغم ان الكشف باللغة الانجليزية
2- العنوان لا يظهر في كشف الحساب
3- فاتورة الكهرباء والجوال وموبايلي كلها ليس فيها عنوان واضح
4- الاسم باللغة الانجليزية غير مطابق مع جواز السفر

طيب كيف الحل

الحل يا شباب طلع كشف حساب باللغة الانجليزية من خلال مباشر الافراد او الاهلي اون لاين وكذلك فاتورة جوال او موبايلي

بعد ذلك يجب يكون لديك برنامج snagit وهو برنامج تصوير الشاشة ومعروف
الان قم بفتح كشف الحساب بواسطة snagit Editor وقم بتعديل الاسم وأضف العنوان المناسب لك ثم حفظ بعد ذلك قم بفتح الصورة بالورد وسوى حفظ بصيغة pdf , وقم بارسال الملف

انا سويت كذا وتم قبول اوراقي علما بان كشف الحساب غير مختوم كم البنك

حاول يكون عنوانك مثل هذا العنوان بالضبط :

1- لا يوجد حد أدنى لفتح الحساب وتفعيله كلياً حقيقة , ولكن تقدر تتداول بالمحفظة التجريبية فيها خير ضارب فيها تجدها من قائمة Toolbox
اختر Virtual Trading

2- تحصل على الأسعار اللحظية من الرابط STREAMING XTEND أسفل الصفحة
أو من قائمة Toolbox يوجد STREAMING XTEND
أو برنامج المنصة المتطور المستقل XTEND الشبيه ببرنامج ثنك أور سويم thinkorswim

لا , لا يمكن ذلك ولا يمكن التحويل من أطراف ثالثة مثل فروع إنجاز أو ما يسمى ويسترن يونيون
لأنها ممكن تتعلق حوالتك حدود الشهر إذا رجعوها لك فانتبه

التحويل فقط يتم من طرف أول حسابك الشخصي إلى طرف ثاني حساب الوسيط
من بنك إلى بنك فقط فقط فقط

لحماية الحوالات الخاصة بك ولضمانها

Amber: Please know that in order to process your account you are required to provide a current utility bill (gas, water or electricity) or bank statement that confirms your home address, PO Boxes are not acceptable; a hand signed and dated Account Application, computer signed copies are also not accepted; a clear color copy of your passport will also be required as the faxed copy is black.
Amber: Additionally, the address listed on your account is invalid; you must list your full residential address. Once this has been corrected we will reset the W-8BEN form for you to complete again.

ماقبلت رغم اني ارسلت كشفين حساب من بنكين مختلفه والعنوان واحد ..
المشكله الثانيه انا مسجل متقاعد والحين يستفسر من اين مصدر الأموال للمتقاعد ..

أكيد وضعت في سبب الحوالة تحويل للإستثمار
حول من البنوك الثانية لو حولت سابقاً الراجحي

ضع سبب الحوالة (حوالة شخصية أو تحويل من الراتب أيها تمشي)
